Dr. Shannon Scally founded SPMH/ Scally Health & Wellness with a passion for enhancing mental health in Western Montana. With over 25 years of healthcare experience, she specializes in assessing, diagnosing, and treating diverse mental health conditions.
Millie Espeseth
Millie coordinates care at the office. She studied Psychology and Communicative Sciences & Disorders at the University of Montana and brings warmth, organization, and a heart for people- making our office a truly welcoming place.
Karen Carter
Karen “KD” Carter, our intake and scheduling specialist. She loves personally serving and interacting with people making sure our patients get all of their paperwork completed. KD's goal is to make sure everyone feels welcomed.
