Gina Welch, MSN PMHNP-BC

Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)

Compassion. Balance. Healing.

Gina has dedicated more than 27 years to healthcare, with a career spanning mental health, neurology, intensive care, and over a decade in the emergency department. These experiences have given her a deep understanding of both physical and psychiatric crises, as well as how profoundly the body, mind, and spirit affect one another.

She brings a compassionate, whole-person perspective to psychiatric care, believing that true healing involves balance across physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Gina is passionate about helping patients feel seen, understood, and empowered to be active participants in their mental wellness journey. She has a gift for teaching, taking the time to explain care in ways that patients and families find meaningful and approachable.

Rooted in her own commitment to authenticity and spiritual connection, Gina strives to create a calm, supportive space where individuals can explore their strengths and move toward their own optimal level of balance.

Gina lives in Missoula with her husband, three dachshunds, and two cats, and she is a proud mother of three. Outside of her practice, she enjoys yoga, singing on her church worship team, reading, coffee, and hiking in the beautiful Montana wilderness.
